At Home Canvas, we want you to love every piece you bring into your space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all furniture and decor. If a piece doesn't fit your vision, we will gladly assist you with a return or exchange to ensure your home feels just right.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Home Canvas account or use our Guest Portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package at a designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
